Copyright and licence
All content in the Kidslandy program is protected by copyright. This page explains exactly what a purchase lets you do with it.
Who owns it
The copyright in all video lessons, texts, illustrations, printable materials and the structure of the curriculum belongs to Samuel Felipe Alexandre Rosa, or is used under licence.
What your purchase gives you
A personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide licence, with no time limit, to use the materials within your own household. Specifically, you may:
- Watch every lesson included in your plan, on any device you use.
- Download and print the PDF materials as many times as you need, for the children in your own household.
- Use the activities with your own children, and with children you are personally caring for on an unpaid basis.
What it does not give you
- Reselling, sublicensing or giving away the materials or your access link.
- Uploading the lessons or PDFs anywhere, including cloud folders shared beyond your household, messaging groups, or file-sharing sites.
- Using the materials in a paid setting: a nursery, preschool, school, childminding business, or paid tutoring.
- Creating derivative works, translations or adaptations for distribution.
- Removing credits or notices from the printable materials.

If a licence is broken
We may revoke an access link that is being distributed. Where distribution is significant we will also pursue the remedies available under copyright law.
Revocation for redistribution does not create a right to a refund outside the normal refund window.
Illustrations and third-party assets
Some illustrations and interface elements on the public site are licensed from third parties. Those licences cover use on this site only and do not transfer to you with a purchase.
Reporting an infringement
If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, write to support@kidslandy.com with a description of the work, the exact location of the material you object to, your contact details, and a statement that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them. We investigate and remove infringing material promptly.
