These terms govern the use of the website at kidslandy.com. They are separate from the terms of sale, which govern what happens when you buy. Using the site means you accept these terms.
1. Who runs this site

2. What you may do
Read the public pages, share links to them, and quote short passages with attribution.
Buy the program and use it under the licence described in the copyright and licence page.
3. What you may not do
- Copy the site's content, structure or design to build a competing product.
- Use automated tools to scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for other visitors.
- Try to reach the program area without a valid access link, or share, sell or publish a link that was issued to you.
- Attempt to interfere with the site's security, probe for vulnerabilities without permission, or introduce malicious code.
- Use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that harms other users.
If you believe you have found a security problem, tell us at support@kidslandy.com before disclosing it anywhere else. We will respond and we will not pursue anyone who reports in good faith and does not damage or exfiltrate data.
4. Access links
The access link issued after a purchase is personal. It is signed cryptographically and identifies the purchase it belongs to. Publishing it, selling it, or distributing it beyond your own household is a breach of these terms and of the licence, and we may revoke it.
Revoking a shared link does not entitle you to a refund outside the normal refund window.
5. Accuracy of content
We take care with what we publish, but the educational content is general guidance, not advice tailored to a particular child. Nothing on the site creates a professional relationship of any kind.
Figures such as lesson counts and durations describe the program as sold at the time of purchase and may change as content is added.
6. Availability
The site is provided as it is. We do not guarantee it is available without interruption or free of errors. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, but we will not remove content that a purchase entitles you to without telling you first.
7. Links to other sites
Where we link to a third-party site we do so for reference only. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Brasil, without prejudice to the mandatory protections available to you as a consumer in your country of residence.
